Background and interests

I’m a Ph.D student in Philosphy, my area of research is applied ethics and in particular the ethics of human enhancement and existential risks. At the moment I’m working on a paper on animal enhancement,

I write regularly on a blog on politics and philosophy in Swedish, where I promote rational philantropy, morphological freedom, efficient environmental policies and awareness of existential risks.

Career plans

When and if I get my Ph.D, I would like to get a postdoc in Britain, preferably in Oxford or Cambridge.

Inspiration

I’m pretty sure this is what i should be doing.

Occupation

I am also the chairman of a charity that organizes secular summer camps for teenagers.

I write a bimonthly column for a Swedish secularist magazine.

I am writing an introduction to the problems of philosophy for teenagers.

I also started the chapter of Humanity+ in Sweden, Människa Plus.
