Our aim is to help as many people as possible pursue high-impact careers. We do this by providing research-based career advice for talented young people who want to have a big social impact.
We’re aware that factors like gender, race, and socioeconomic background can affect people’s willingness to apply for roles for which they meet many but not all the suggested attributes. We’d especially like to encourage people from underrepresented backgrounds to apply to our roles, even if you don’t meet all of the suggested criteria.
